grattugiarne la scorza nella ciotola delle mele. Tagliare il limone e spremerne

<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: medium;">Basta aggiungere al preparato <b><i>3 uova medie</i></b>, <i><b>125 grammi di burro</b></i>, <b><i>80 ml di latte</i></b>, <u>tutto a temperatura ambiente</u>. Io ho aggiunto anche tre cucchiai colmi di mandorle macinate.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: medium;">Visto che il procedimento è veloce ho acceso il forno a 180°.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: medium;">Ho impastato con la planetaria velocità 8 per 5 minuti. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: medium;">Ho imburrato ed infarinato una tortiera da 24 centimetri di diametro e ho versato l'impasto livellandolo bene. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: medium;">Ed infine ... in forno sul ripiano basso per 35 minuti e sul ripiano intermedio (3) per 10-15 minuti. Fare la prova stecchino comunque dopo 40 minuti.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: medium;">Montare 3 albumi (il quarto uovo ci servirà poi) con un pizzico di sale; io uso la planetaria con la frusta a fili e velocità 7 per 5 minuti.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: medium;">Sempre con la planetaria e la frusta a fili lavoro lo zucchero di canna con i 3 tuorli e un uovo intero a velocità 7-8 per 5 minuti.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: medium;">L'uovo in più serve perché lo zucchero di canna è più granuloso di quello bianco.</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-size: medium;">L'impasto deve diventare spumoso e senza grumi.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: medium;">A questo punto aggiungere il burro fatto a pezzetti e la ricotta.</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-size: medium;">Far andare la planetaria per 5 minuti a velocità 8 e comunque finché l'impasto non risulterà a crema e senza grumi.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: medium;">Scaldare il forno a 180°.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: medium;">A questo punto miscelare la farina con il lievito e la vanillina e</span></div>

<span style="font-family: inherit;"><b><u>Ciambellone allo yogurt</u></b>.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;">La ricetta è simile a quella dei "vasetti" (da 125 grammi ... vasetto dello yogurt).</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Ingredienti:</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;">3 vasetti di farina di kamut</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;">3 uova intere</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;">2 vasetti di zucchero di canna</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;">1 vasetto di yogurt intero</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;">1 vasetto di olio di semi di girasole</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;">una bustina di lievito per dolci </span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;">una bustina di vanillina </span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;">buccia d'arancia non trattata grattugiata</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Preparazione</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Nella ciotola della planetaria mettere tutti gli ingredienti. Mescolare utilizzando la frusta "K". Velocità 8 per 5 minuti.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Se non avete la planetaria lavorate di polso finché il composto non risulta ben omogeneo e cremoso.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Mettere lo spargifiamma del fornetto sul fuoco e nella parte incavata un po' d'acqua.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Imburrate abbondantemente il fornetto, anche nel coperchio, passate l'interno con la farina o con il pangrattato (il coperchio NO!) versate l'impasto e sbattete leggermente su un piano per togliere bolle e distribuire bene.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Posizionare il fornetto chiuso sullo spargifiamma.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Per i primi 5 minuti tenete la fiamma alta, quindi mettetela al minimo e lasciate cuocere per un'ora.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;">E' saggia cosa dopo 45-50 minuti (utilizzando uno stecchino lungo) verificare la cottura del ciambellone, senza aprire il fornetto ma infilando lo stecchino in uno dei fori. Se lo stecchino esce asciutto il dolce è pronto.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: inherit;">A questo punto spegnere il fuoco e lasciar raffreddare coperto.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Una volta freddo togliere il coperchio appoggiate un piatto sul fornetto, capovolgere e sformate il ciambellone.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="font-size: large;">Nella ciotola della planetaria mettere tutti gli ingredienti e, per impastare, usare il gancio (quello che usiamo per il pane). </span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">Io con la mia </span>planetaria<span style="font-family: inherit;"> che ha velocità da 1 a 10 uso la velocità 2 per 5 minuti.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: large;">Estraete la pasta frolla e formate velocemente una palla che ricoprirete con la pellicola per alimenti e metterete in frigo per 25-30 minuti.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: large;">Trascorso questo tempo imburrate bene ed infarinate una teglia da 26 centimetri di diametro meglio se con il bordo sganciabile.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: large;">Accendete il forno e portatelo a 180°.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: large;">Prendete la vostra pasta frolla maneggiatela appena e dalla palla tiratene via un po' più di 3/4, il resto servirà per fare il bordo.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: large;">Io la stendo con il palmo delle mani direttamente nella teglia. Se volete potete infarinare una spianatoia e stenderla con il mattarello.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: large;">Con la pasta restante formate un cannello per creare il bordo e con i rebbi di una forchetta segnatelo (serve per far aderire meglio il bordo alla base!).</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">A questo punto </span>aggiungete<span style="font-family: inherit;"> la Conserva di Ciliege e con l'aiuto del dorso di un cucchiaio distribuitela bene sulla superficie della vostra Crostata.</span></span><br />

3 uova a temperatura ambiente (basta toglierle dal frigo un ora prima)<br />

un quadrotto da 50 grammi di cioccolato fondente Baratti<br />
due teglie con bordo sganciabile da 10 centimetri di diametro<br />

<b>Preparazione</b><br />
Mettete nella ciotola della planetaria le uova, lo zucchero e un pizzico di sale. Con il gancio a frusta fate montare finché il composto diventa spumoso.<br />

Intanto accendete il forno e portatelo a 180°.<br />
<br />
In una ciotola miscelate la farina, il cacao e la mezza bustina di lievito vanigliato.<br />
Versate la miscela nella planetaria e fate andare per altri 5 minuti (<i>io ho usato la velocità 8</i>).<br />
<br />
Preparate le due teglie rivestendole di carta da forno.<br />
Versate il composto ripartendolo in parti uguali.<br />
<br />
Infornate e lasciate cuocere per 30 - 35 minuti.<br />

Lasciate per almeno 10 minuti nel forno a forno spento.<br />
Mettete poi a raffreddare su una gratella.<br />
